This is a fine example of a wine created by using extreme growing tactics. Vines were individually pampered and coddled through the entire growing season. The care and love given at the press and the settling tank would put a new mother to shame. We fermented and aged this wine in the best and tightest grain barrels, and selected the best of those barrels to put together this Chardonnay.. You dang well better like it!
