Rich, ripe cherry notes followed by goji and freshly cracked black pepper on the nose. This complex wine welcomes and intrigues with flavours of blackberry and ripe strawberry.

WINE 2 // 2020 JOHN OLIVER SYRAH
Warm aromas of holiday cake, black fig, and cedar notes reminisce on the nose, followed by a refined plate of tannins present with cherry and white pepper leading to a complex finish.
DARE TO PAIR: Venison, mushroom bourguignon, firm cheeses with charcuterie, or enjoyed solo.

This big, bold blend has aromas of blueberry, black currant, and blackberry dominate the nose, with flavours of dark cherry to round out the palate.
